Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances being voided and any pending withdrawals being cancelled. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.
Users who have previously self-excluded from the Platform, or from any other online gaming platform under circumstances that may conflict with the operator's responsible gambling obligations, are not eligible to open a new account without express written consent from the Platform's compliance team.
